कल से UPI नियमों में बदलाव: डिजिटल भुगतान होगा और सुरक्षित, यूजर्स को रहना होगा सतर्क 2-फैक्टर ऑथेंटिकेशन अनिवार्य, ट्रांजेक्शन सुरक्षा और निगरानी बढ़ेगी; नियमों की जानकारी जरूरी कोशी जोन :- देश में डिजिटल भुगतान प्रणाली को और सुरक्षित बनाने के उद्देश्य से 1 अप्रैल से यूपीआई (यूनिफाइड पेमेंट्स इंटरफेस) से जुड़े कई अहम नियमों में बदलाव लागू होने जा रहे हैं। भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक (आरबीआई) और एनपीसीआई के नए दिशा-निर्देशों के तहत अब सभी डिजिटल भुगतान, विशेषकर यूपीआई ट्रांजेक्शन में सुरक्षा को लेकर सख्ती बढ़ाई जाएगी। नए नियमों के अनुसार अब हर यूपीआई भुगतान पर टू-फैक्टर ऑथेंटिकेशन (2एफए) अनिवार्य होगा। यानी अब हर ट्रांजेक्शन के दौरान ओटीपी या बायोमेट्रिक सत्यापन जरूरी होगा, चाहे राशि कम ही क्यों न हो। इसका मुख्य उद्देश्य ऑनलाइन धोखाधड़ी को रोकना और उपभोक्ताओं के पैसे को सुरक्षित रखना है।  इसके अलावा, बैंकों और भुगतान ऐप्स को अपने सिस्टम को और मजबूत बनाना होगा ताकि फर्जी लेन-देन, गलत मोबाइल नंबर या निष्क्रिय खातों से होने वाली समस्याओं को रोका जा सके। पहले से लागू कुछ नियम जैसे बैलेंस चेक की...

पाइप नेचुरल गैस नेटवर्क को बढ़ावा, नगर निकायों को 24 घंटे में अनुमति देने का निर्देश एलपीजी संकट के बीच पाइप गैस को किफायती व सुरक्षित विकल्प के रूप में बढ़ावा अनुमति में देरी होने पर स्वतः स्वीकृति, कंपनियों को चौबीसों घंटे कार्य की छूट कोशी जोन :- राज्य में ऊर्जा आपूर्ति की चुनौतियों के बीच पाइप नेचुरल गैस (पीएनजी) नेटवर्क के विस्तार को लेकर बड़ा निर्णय लिया है। नगर विकास एवं आवास विभाग के प्रधान सचिव विनय कुमार द्वारा जारी निर्देश के अनुसार अब नगर निकायों को गैस वितरण कंपनियों को अनुमति देने में तेजी लानी होगी। स्पष्ट किया गया है कि पीएनजी नेटवर्क एवं संयंत्र की स्थापना के लिए मांगी गई अनुमति 24 घंटे के भीतर देना अनिवार्य होगा, अन्यथा इसे स्वतः स्वीकृत माना जाएगा। सरकार ने यह कदम वैश्विक परिस्थितियों के कारण रसोई गैस (एलपीजी) की आपूर्ति में आ रही बाधाओं को देखते हुए उठाया है। वर्तमान में पटना, गया, नालंदा, बेगूसराय, मुजफ्फरपुर, सहरसा समेत 18 जिला मुख्यालयों में पीएनजी की आधारभूत संरचना उपलब्ध है और लगभग एक लाख घरों में पाइप के माध्यम से गैस की आपूर्ति हो रही है। गैस कंपनियों ने दावा...

चुनाव में नकद, शराब, मादक पदार्थ एवं उपहार वितरण पर रहेगी कड़ी नजर कोशी जोन, सहरसा । जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी सह जिलाधिकारी दीपेश कुमार की अध्यक्षता में विधानसभा आम निर्वाचन 2025 के क्रम में निर्वाचन व्यय अनुश्रवण से संबंधित प्रवर्तन एजेंसियों के जिला स्तरीय नोडल पदाधिकारियों के साथ बैठक का आयोजन किया गया। बैठक में विभिन्न एजेंसियों के समन्वय एवं निगरानी व्यवस्था की विस्तार से समीक्षा की गई। बैठक के दौरान जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि चुनाव में गंभीर प्रतिस्पर्धा की संभावना को देखते हुए निर्वाचन व्यय के सफल अनुश्रवण हेतु सभी प्रवर्तन एजेंसियों के बीच गहन समन्वय आवश्यक है। उन्होंने निर्देश दिया कि मतदाताओं को प्रलोभन देने के उद्देश्य से नकद, शराब, मादक पदार्थ, बहुमूल्य वस्तुएं या उपहार स्वरूप रिश्वत वितरण जैसी गतिविधियों पर तत्काल रोक लगाई जाए। इस दिशा में अभी से ही कठोर निगरानी प्रारंभ की जाए। समीक्षा के क्रम में मद्य निषेध, पुलिस विभाग एवं अन्य प्रवर्तन एजेंसियों को अंतराज्यीय सीमाओं पर ऐसे संवेदनशील स्थानों को चिन्हित कर नाका एवं चेक पोस्ट बनाकर सतत अनुश्रवण करने का निर्देश दिया गया। साथ ही सी...
