Kahara's New Circle Officer Niranjan Kumar Mishra Assumes Charge, Prioritizes Swift Resolution of Land Disputes Reviews Pending Revenue Cases in First Meeting, Directs Officials to Ensure Timely, Transparent and Citizen-Centric Administration Koshi Zone: Newly appointed Circle Officer (CO) of Kahara Block in Saharsa district, Niranjan Kumar Mishra, formally assumed charge on Tuesday.
