Thousands of devotees of Brahmin Mahasabha took part in the procession of Lord Shri Parshuram
Koshi Zone, Saharsa. Like every year, this year also, on the auspicious occasion of Lord Shri Parshuram's birth anniversary cum Akshaya Tritiya, a grand procession was taken out by Brahmin Mahasabha Saharsa on Wednesday under the chairmanship of President Dabbu Mishra and in coordination with successful chief Rahul Jha, young social worker Rohit Jha, Amit Kanhaiya, young social worker Roshan Mishra and under the supervision of successful chief Rahul Jha, Bargaon chief Baua Khan, Mahisi chief Piyush Ranjan. Senior patron Madhukant Jha, secretary Suman Samaj, senior member Paras Kumar Jha, Dr HS Thakur, Sanjay Jha, Vivek Vishal, youth in-charge Manoj Mishra, youth leader Sohan Jha, youth social worker Anant Jha Roshan, Hitesh Baua, Bimalkant Jha, along with all, jointly lit the lamp and paid obeisance to Lord Shri Parashuram and appealed to take inspiration from his life. The program was started with Vedic mantra and then under the leadership of Mahasabha's president Dabbu Mishra, Rohit Jha, Amit Kanhaiya, Manoj Mishra Balha, the whole city was toured in the form of a procession with motorcycles, four wheelers, chariots, and drums. Hundreds of devotees wearing red and yellow clothes and turbans and sheets danced and sang in the procession and started from Matsyagandha and passed through Azad Smriti Sthal, Veer Kunwar Singh Chowk, Thana Chowk, DB Road, Shankar Chowk, Purab Bazaar, Tiwari Chowk, Polytechnic Dhala, Panchvati Chowk, Bumper Chowk, Koshi Chowk and again reached Matsyagandha where the procession ended with a vote of thanks. President Dabbu Mishra said that a golden society can be imagined only by following the footsteps of Lord Shri Parshuram. Treasurer Roshan Mishra and Amit Kanhaiya said that Brahmin Mahasabha is a school of thought and taking the whole society along is the real Brahminism. On this occasion, Parshuram devotees from all the villages of the district were present.
